The spaces

The headquarters of the Ecomuseum is the former Sant'Erasmo locomotive depot on Via Messina Marine not far from Piazza Kalsa, the Foro Italico and the Botanical Garden. A former station of the late 19th century, a 1200 sq. m. single-aisle pavilion supported by cast-iron pillars with Art Nouveau capitals surrounded by 2,000 sq. m. of outdoor spaces and garden.

Interior Spaces

Meduse – Jellyfish - is a multifunctional fluid space located within the museum pavilion and is a versatile and transformable ring, it can host different types of events:

Outdoor spaces

The outdoor spaces, including flowerbeds planted with various plant species and paved spaces, can host different types of outdoor events.
